On opening the parcel ,supposedly containing 2 pairs of trousers, it contained only one pair. Immediately e-mailed Marks and Spencers, followed by a second email, no response. Not happy with Marks and Spencers!!!!

Have bought school trousers from M&S before and the quality has always been brilliant. That is, until now. Was very disapointed in the latedt pairs I bought. They are thin, feels very plastic-like and are rough. I will be looking elsewhere for school trousers from now on. Very disapointing.

These trousers fit well - especially with the elastic to tighten up the waist, and they wash well. I like that you can snip the thread to turn the leg seam down after a couple of months (!) when those always-growing legs have gotten 2 inches longer!
