Very comfy warm tights

Bought these tights in the grey and the brown. They are a lovely fit and are very comfortable and warm. However, I have only worn them three times and have already noticed a hole developing at the big toe point ! They need some sort of reinforcement in that area. Shame, as otherwise lovely tights!

I bought these in the autumn and have hesitated about wearing them because I thought they might make my skin itch but have worn them this morning to work and they are absolutely fabulous. So soft, very generous fit in both length of leg and body which means I haven't been hoiking them up every two minutes. I now want to buy more but they are out of stock! Don't hesitate - buy them they really are great.

These are wonderfully warm and soft to wear. I expected them to be a little less warm than some 200denier bought elsewhere in a mixed fibre but I was very surprised that this was not the case. I'm a 36-37 hip and the medium tights are perfect for me. I'm only 5ft 4 1/2" tall and just below 9st and they fit really well. Not tight or loose in any way. I bought the first pair in the Christmas sale at £9.50 and then when I ordered another pair due to my satisfaction with them the price had reverted to £12.50. I feel that £9.50 is a fairer price for this product.

I really liked these tights - I have 2 pairs now, despite the price because they feel lovely on. They're soft and stretchy and pull on easily, unlike some cheaper woolly tights which can be a bit stiff. They feel nice and warm too. The only downside is that the fabric isn't particularly hard-wearing (my fault for buying angora-mix) so it wasn't long before a small ladder started from the toe seam, as I guess this is where most of the stress is placed on the material when you're wearing them. Not too much of a problem as it's only small and I wear them with boots anyway, but be warned if you need hard-wearing tights!

I loved the tights! The were warm, comfortable and soft. I decided to go and buy another pair. On the third time of wearing the tights, I could see that a hole was forming at the toes. I was very disappointed at the quality of the tights as normally my tights last me for a few years and cost much cheaper.

I bought a pair of these lovely brown angora tights last winter. After 3-5 wearings, they developed a hole in the toe. I loved them so much, I bought a second pair. I vowed to wear socks beneath the new pair to prevent another hole. Unfortunately, it didn't work and after a few wears another pair was ruined. I still wore these tights almost every day last winter – I simply gave up and allowed the holes to get bigger. These tights are made from luxury materials so why aren't they made to last? I hoped M&S would provide better quality...

I don't mind spending good money on quality tights, however M&S have fallen far short on all the recent thick tights I've purchased from their range, they bobble very quickly and in turn then look poor. A plus side would be fit and style both of which are good. They desperately need to up their quality to match Falke, Wolford and other other quality tight brands, I don't think I'll be buying anymore from M&S.

I have had these tights now for a year and they have held up wear after wear after wash after wear. Nice and warm, great in autumn and winter. A definite staple in my wardrobe. Just wondering why M&S has RAN OUT of stock mid-October!!!!!!!! I would have loved to purchase my next pair, but sadly cannot.

I would not normally buy knitted tights, but the weather has been so cold I thought I would give them a try. I am more than pleased with them and have worn them with knitted dresses and boots. They have just the right amount of stretch and stay nicely in place. I bought the brown ones and am tempted to get the charcoal ones. Would recommend.

These are warm but look smooth and chic for woollen tights. They are soft and not irritating. I am a size 12 with a 34 inch inside leg and the large fit me perfectly, very comfortable.They are well made with nice smooth seams and good elasticity, not too tight or too baggy. Now I would like more pairs in more colours.

These tights give a streamlined look to the dress/boots combo. Don't be put off by the word 'textured' in the description: they look quite smooth. Great colour - works with browns/greys or even black. They are comfortable to wear and last well. A great basic to get you through the winter months. I wouldn't be without them!
