UA Compression Shorts

The compression shorts are nice. They fit well and are comfortable. However ,they offer only mild compression muscle support. I have a pair of the original compression shorts. They are the GOAT! They have firm compression muscle support. They have the same high waist and they are longer. They are robust! I like them better than 2XU and DFND. Please bring back the original UA compression shorts!

Without sharing too much information, and stepping over the imaginary TMI threashold... This is fantastic. I'm 5'8" and got a Medium and this is long enough where I feel that my quads are supported, and it is tight enough in the front where I am supported there as well. This is my second pair of UA compression underwear and I will get them again. I plan to wear this for my Marathon. My favorite part is the spacious pocket that will hold my phone and/or key fob to my car!

These are great. I use them for working softball games (under my gear). Wear them to the gym. Wear them around the house when cleaning. Comfortable and wicking is effective. They run a bit small, but not much.

These Under Armour tights fit as expected, snug and true to size. But the real win comes from the color of these beauties because it truly POPS! Bright, vibrant orange color that looks great under any darker colored shorts: especially pairing it with a black, a navy, a dark grey, a darker forest green. I’ve been wearing Under Armour compression shorts for well over a decade, and the older models were absolutely perfect — snug, durable, and genuinely compressive. They fit like a second skin, kept their shape, and never rode up. Unfortunately, the current version feels like a completely different product. The fabric is thinner and stretchier, the waistband isn’t as firm, and they’ve lost the supportive compression that made the originals great. Instead of feeling locked in and athletic, they feel loose and cheap. It’s frustrating because UA used to set the standard for compression gear, and now the design change has taken away everything that made them worth buying. I hope Under Armour listens to longtime customers and brings back the original construction and fabric quality — there’s clearly still demand for the classic design.
