Was looking forward to getting the jacket! Arrived in a small outer M and S green bag all scrumpled up. Should have been on a hanger in a plastic cover. It was full of creases back, front, arms. Tried it on but couldn't make a true opinion of the jacket because of the state it arrived in.True to size though.
