About this bottle: The Hunter Valley is world famous for its characterful whites, produced from old vines in a sunny, humid climate north of Sydney. For many years we've worked closely with Andrew Spinaze, who celebrated his 31xt year at the renowned Tyrell's winery last vintage.

A wonderfully expressive, versatile dry white wine, with toasty notes and punchy flavours of roasted nuts and glazed lemons.

About this bottle: Chenin Blanc is a South African speciality and M&S winemaker Sue Daniels was delighted to find this fine example. The grapes for this wine were grown on decomposed granite slopes with cooling breezes, which give vibrantly flavoured fruit with an enticing mineral edge. Jacques de Klerk and Edouard Labeye matured the wine in French oak barrels to give spicy complexity and textural richness.

About this bottle: The result is a white wine triumph for expert winemaker Andre Van Rensburg. Vivid flavours of lemon confit and sweet lime, followed by enveloping creamy texture bringing in tropical lychee notes at the finish.

About this bottle: Sitting high in the Hottentots-Holland mountains and exposed to brisk South Atlantic breezes, the Elgin basin is one of South Africa’s coolest climate wine areas. Excited by its potential, M&S winemaker Sue Daniels sourced this elegant white from local expert Werner Muller, who aged the wine in French oak to give it added depth and complexity.
