No, I don't recommend this
I bought this dress in an 18 and 16, for some reason the 18 was tighter on the stomach and hips but larger on the chest and the 16 was larger on the stomach and hips but tighter on the bust. This is just poor quality control.

Phoebe is a really pretty shade of green and a lovely soft quality needlecord. It fitted well and was a similar style to my much loved Naya dresses. Unfortunately it was way too long and wasn’t sure if it would look ok shortened because of the style. Also I needed it for a party that weekend . I tried it with boots but felt it was just too long for everyday wear .
