I ordered online and the towels aren't what I expected. The set consists of 2 bath sheets and 2 hand towels. I was expecting bath towels. The bath sheets are just too heavy and non fluffy. They will end up left in my storage cupboard or donated to the charity shop.

Advertisement for these stated reduced to half price from £63 to £31.50, but when received the pre printed price tag on them was £45. Not used them yet, but was annoyed that price was misquoted, not what we expect from Marks and Spencer

This towel bale was on offer, so I purchased online. I always wash and tumble before use. Afraid although they are dense they seem hard already, even though I tumble dried. Colour is very pale grey. Afraid they look like old gone off white. Rather disappointed. Not a bargain at all as only used a week and I am looking to replace.

The towels are fine but the price shown online was £63 reduced to £31.50. The ticket on the towels that I received though shows a full price of £45. Therefore I am not getting as much of a bargain as I first thought!
