Made from fabric with Cool Comfort™ technology, it features dual cotton pockets perfect for a prosthesis. The adjustable straps and hook and eye fastening allow for a comfortable fit as your body heals after surgery.

I purchased this bra to wear following surgery and radiotherapy for breast cancer. The bra is very soft and also supportive and there are no areas that did in to sensitive skin. I found the little hooks a bit fiddly but they got easier after a couple of uses. I close up the Velcro strip when not in my se and also place in a wash bag to launder on a gentle hand wash programme. Will buy again and do recommend.

This bra is the best one I have bought so far. I spent a lots of money on post-op bras. This one is close to best, thanks M&S: good quality material, open front is the best choice for post-op bra especially during very early stage after surgery. I wore it for a year after breast surgery. now 2 years after surgery, I felt that I needed a bit support to the surgical site. I didn't give 5 stars, only because it occasionally rubs on the lymph nodes biopsy area. I wish M&S could take this on board to make under arm areas more curvy, maybe just a cm or so, then it would be a perfect fit. I would suggest that M&S to watch some breast surgery videos or consulting breast surgeons or specialist nurses to gain more informations regarding where the surgical wounds about for different breast surgeries, so the bras designers or manufactures could make the bras even more comfortable. Thanks.

This is brilliant thought out bra but for me the body part could be longer just my operation was just under the boob and the bottom of the bra rubs it maybe if they do it in two lengths this could help people with breast cancer Thank you

Just too uncomfortable to put on after surgery. The hooks kept on moving and then the velcro has an unsightly bump under clothes when fastened. Returned, and have since bought a bralett from M & S which is brilliant!

I purchased these bras to wear after a lumpectomy and lymph node removal. I have now worn them continuously night and day for 6 weeks. I find them very comfortable with gentle support, easy to wash and a reasonable price although the hook and eyes sometimes a little fiddly. I would definitely recommend these bras.

The actual bra is ok, but I would never recommend it to anyone purely because of the fastenings. Who ever thought skinny fabric loops with flat hooks was a great idea has clearly never had to put on a bra while dealing with the pain of breast surgery. So difficult. It’s a no from me.

I didn’t love this. The fabric is comfortable and soft and the velcro is a great idea for having the ability to tighten and add some compression. However the hook fastenings drove me mad, they were unnecessarily fiddly and I don’t know why they couldn’t be front fastening hook and eyes (I am comparing to the Macom though which was excellent).

The bra is of good quality and a reasonable fit. It is a bit on the small side. The fastenings are a bit fiddly to do up but I did manage before my op. I think it will be more difficult when one arm is painful. overall I am pleased with it but if I order another I will go up a size

These were bought for a friend who is having heart surgery, they were recommended by the hospital. She has been wearing them to get use to the front fasteners which she says is easy to use and they are so comfortable.

Easy to fasten with the Velcro but plastic fasteners impossible due to nature if my surgery Because I have to wear the bra 24/7 the bottom part of the Velcro digs in overnight. Otherwise very comfortable during the day

Very comfortable, great fit true to size . Only issue is the front clips are very awkward the bit to put the clip into is very small and tight . Someone with more limited movement or arthritis would struggle

I am a usually a 38G. This size was too small in this item immediately following mastectomy, I would recommend you order a size up (back width). The velcro closing in M&S bra was awkward, I preferred a front closing normal hook & eye in another brand. The velcro closing might sit better / be easier to close if you have a smaller bust. The material is very soft.
