Very Disappointed
No, I don't recommend this
I bought these boots to replace a previous pair that was purchased from M&S, were superb and had given great service. I am very disapointed with the new boots that arrived. They look and feel "cheap" and remind me of something you would expect from a discount shoe warehouse. The fit is terrible, they are too big, I ordered the size 10 which is what my previous boots were and these new ones feel massive, there is too much room on the bridge of the foot and there is no support on the sides of the foot and the elasticated side panel rubs on my outer ankles, it feel like you are wearing a pair of wellington boots. it was only through wearing them that these fitting faults were highlighted. There is nothing fashionable or stylish about these boots compared to the previous ones and I would have expected more from M&S.

Very disappointed: they were not a pair: both the same size but the top of one was about a centimetre smaller than the other.

Great shoes, could be better
Comfortable but you can prominently see the cracks, wear and tear only after a few times of wearing them. The stitch is solid, they’re comfortable and certainly the most comfortable Chelsea boots I’ve owned.

I bought these boots on the 15 Dec 2023 and already the boots showing ripped wear and tear, it is a less than a month , I bought these from shop and I didn't keep the receipts, never thought I would need it because I expected such great quality from m&s , but I paid with a card so it shows the prove of purchase that's if Mark's Spence are interested, which I doubt. Guys please don't ignore other people's comments because that's what I did , ur better adding another 30 or 40 pound on and buy something better made.
