Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.

Heat a large ovenproof casserole dish over a medium heat. Add a glug of olive oil, then the soffritto mix (100 g) with a pinch of salt. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.

Pour in the single cream (300 ml) and bring to the boil, then remove from the heat. Stir through the mustard (1 tbsp), parsley (15 g) and the grated cheddar (100 g). Season to taste, then mix in the fish pie mix (1 pack) and peas (150 g).

Toss the gnocchi (1 pack) in 1 tbsp olive oil and scatter over the fish mixture.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the gnocchi are golden and the fish is cooked through.
