Chill a small bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes. Place a small wine glass or coupé in the freezer to chill for 5 minutes.

In the chilled bowl, combine the lemon sorbet (2 scoops), vodka (15 ml) and limoncello (15 ml), and whisk gently to combine. Stir in 30ml prosecco (30 ml).

Pour into the glass and top up with the remaining prosecco (30 ml). Finish with a sprinkling of lemon zest (1/4) on top. Serve immediately.
