Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add in a splash of oil followed by the beef mince (1 pack). Break up with a wooden spoon and leave to cook for 5 minutes, until brown.

Add in the jalfrezi spice kit (1), followed by the peas (200 g), the jalfrezi base sauce and curry paste. Simmer together for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened and reduced.

Meanwhile, heat the rice (1 pouch) in the microwave for 2 minutes, according to the packaging instructions.

Serve in bowls, topped with the coriander (15 g) and lime wedges (1) for squeezing over.
