step 1
Crack open two of the crab claws (1 pack) and remove the meat, being careful of sharp edges.

Butter (2 tsp) the bread (2 slices) and cut into quarters. Cut the lemon (1) in half and cut one half into wedges. Set the wedges aside to garnish.

Slice the avocado (1) and squeeze over a little lemon juice from the lemon half (this will stop it browning).

Wash, core and slice the lettuce (1) and squeeze over a little more lemon juice.

Layer the lettuce, avocado and fresh crab into glasses or small glass bowls, then add a spoonful of seafood sauce (4 tbsp). Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with the seafood sauce and a pinch of smoked paprika (1 pinch). Garnish each with the remaining crab claw and lemon wedges. Serve with the buttered bread.
