Cook the chicken (2) according to packaging instructions. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and allow to cool.

Add the Greek salad antipasti (1 tub) to a mixing bowl and lightly crush with the back of a fork, then add the chicken, tzatziki (1/2 tub), kalamata olives (2 tbsp), Greek seasoning (1 tbsp) and fresh tomatoes (100 g). Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Lightly toast the pittas (4), then stuff with the chicken filling. Add in some pickled red onions (1 tbsp) for crunch, if you’d like.
