Cook the rice (300 g) according to packaging instructions, either in the microwave or oven.

Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Add the chicken (1 pack) to a preheated tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden.

Make the slaw by adding the cabbage (1/4), edamame (80 g), radishes (3), white rice vinegar (2 tbsp) and sesame oil (1 tbsp) to a large mixing bowl. Scrunch together, then season with salt and pepper.

Once the chicken is cooked, drizzle with the gochujang-style sauce.

Serve the chicken and rice alongside the slaw, topped with the sesame seeds (1 tbsp).
