Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 6.

Add a splash of olive oil to a frying pan and add the spinach (1 bag) along with a sprinkle of salt and a good grind of black pepper and 1 tsp water. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, until wilted. Set aside, draining off any excess moisture.

Grate the cheddar (50 g) and mix with the green chillies (2).

Place each naan bread (2) on a baking sheet and spread each with 4 tbsp of the classic tomato everything sauce (8 tbsp), then top with the spinach and the cheddar. Crack an egg (2) into the middle of each.

Bake for 5-6 minutes, until the egg is cooked to your liking, the cheese has melted, and the naan is golden. Serve dotted with mango chutney (1 tbsp), if you like.
