step 1
Add the flour (130 g), baking powder (1 tsp) and the sugar (2 tbsp) into a large mixing bowl. Add the milk (130 ml) and egg (1) to a jug and whisk. Pour the mixture into the flour bowl and whisk until smooth. Leave to stand for five minutes.

Heat 2 tsp of neutral oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Carefully add in a ladleful of pancake batter to the centre of the pan and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes, or until plenty of tiny bubbles appear on the surface.

Using a spatula, gently flip the pancake and cook for a further 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cover with a clean tea towel to keep warm.

Spread a thin layer of salted caramel sauce (as needed) on each pancake, top with a dollop of M&S Remarksable Value Greek style natural yogurt (200 g), some sliced bananas (2), a drizzle of chocolate sauce (as needed), a grating of chocolate (as needed) and a sprinkling of digestive biscuit crumbs (2).
