Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the red onion (1), peppers (2), garlic (2 cloves) and red chilli (1) and a big pinch of salt. Cook for 4 minutes, until softened.

Add the chickpeas (1 tin) (and their liquid), orzo (320 g), pasta sauce (280 g) and stock pot (1) along with 200ml of water. Simmer together for 8 minutes, until the orzo is cooked through.

Serve in bowls topped with the dill (25 g) and feta (150 g), and drizzled with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
