Add the batter mix (100 g) to a mixing bowl and slowly whisk in 225ml cold water. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil (as needed) (enough to deep fry) in a large saucepan until the oil reaches 180°C.

Dip each pig in blanket (1 pack) in the batter and deep fry in the oil for 5 to 6 minutes until the batter is crispy and golden and the sausages are cooked through (you’ll need to do this in batches). Place on kitchen paper to remove any excess oil.

Heat the curry sauce (1 tub) and gravy (100 g) according to pack instructions.

Season the battered pigs in blankets with salt and vinegar and serve with the curry sauce and gravy.
