Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Add the sausages (2 packs), red onions (2), butternut squash (1 pack), apples (4), sage (10 g) and new potatoes (500 g) to a large, lined baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 40 minutes until the sausages are cooked through, the apple and squash has softened, and the potatoes are crispy.

Add the cavolo nero (1 pack) to the tray and mix to coat. Bake for a further 10 minutes. Heat the sauce (1 pack) according to pack instructions and serve with the traybake.
