Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Arrange the sweet potato fries (400 g) on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.

Add the fish goujons (400 g) to another baking sheet and bake along with the sweet potato fries for 10-13 minutes, until golden and crisp.

Meanwhile, wrap the tortillas (4) in foil and bake in the oven for the last 3 minutes.

Spread each tortilla with a spoonful of dip (1 tub), then top with the salad (2 handfuls), sweet potato fries, fish goujons and pickled red onions (1 tbsp) (up to 2 tbsp). Roll up and serve.
