Preheat oven to 180°C fan.

Line a large baking sheet with greaseproof paper and arrange the slices of M&S soft white farmhouse bread (8 slices) in two equal rows.

Top the bread with the M&S classic tomato everything sauce (250 g), followed by the Collection dry-cured smoked streaky bacon rashers (8 rashers), M&S outdoor-bred pork sausages (3), M&S baby chestnut mushrooms (75 g) and M&S grated cheddar and mozzarella (150 g).

Crack the M&S free-range mixed size eggs (8) on top and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the egg whites have cooked.

Remove from the oven and top with the basil leaves (4) and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with your favourite sauce.
