Preheat the oven to 210°C/1 90°C fan/gas mark 6 1/2.

Spread the red pepper paste (1 jar) evenly over each pitta (4).

Mix the mozzarella balls (1 pot) into the green pesto (1 tbsp). Top the pittas with the mozzarella, peppers (1 pot) and tomatoes (1 pot), to your liking.

Place the "mini pizzas” on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven and cook for 10-12 minutes.

Once cooked, scatter the basil leaves (1 handful) over the pizzas and finish off with a drizzle of olive oil (2 tbsp).
