Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.

Blanche the Tenderstem broccoli (80 g) in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, until tender.

Crack the eggs (4) into a bowl, season with salt and pepper and whisk with a fork. Then mix in the feta (100 g).

Heat a small non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.

Fry the onions (3/4 jar) and chilli (1) for 2 minutes, before adding the broccoli, then the egg mixture.

If you have an oven-proof pan, cook on the hob for 1 minute then finish in the oven for 5-8 minutes until the eggs are set. Alternatively, transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish lined with greaseproof paper, then bake for around 8 minutes until the eggs are set. Then serve.
