Mix the yeast (1 sachet), 2 tbsp of warm but not hot water and a tsp of sugar in a small bowl. Mix to combine and leave for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
step 2
Combine 110ml warm water, honey (85 ml), tahini (3 tbsp), oil (4 tbsp), eggs (2) and salt (1 1/2 tsp) in a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Add the yeast mixture, then pour the flour (500 g) on top.
