Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Bake the ciabatta (1 loaf) for 6-8 minutes. Slice each loaf in half lengthways and then each half into 2 and place under a hot grill until toasted and golden.

Rub the garlic clove (1 clove) halves over the cut surface of the toasted ciabattas.

Cut the tomatoes (4) in half and grate into a bowl. Spoon evenly over the toast, drizzle with olive oil (2 tbsp) and sprinkle with sea salt (to taste). Top each with a slice of Iberico ham (1 pack) before serving.
