Precious Blonde Intense Conditioning Treatment 200ml

I've had my hair dyed in lighter tone and considering that I have quite a bit of grey, colour wasn't that clean. Hair looks nice and bright but yellowish. So I have tried this conditioning at home. It feels lovely, BUT my hair developed green tone after conditioning. I guess it's all down to a blue pigment. I've assumed it would be violet pigment in content, because bottle is violet and there was no identification on the bottle, no warning that something can go so wrong. Extremely disappointing for me.

Using this conditioner has caused SEVERE purple staining to my hands and nails which I am unable to remove so far. If you buy this product and use the purple on maximum intensity make sure you wear gloves. THERE IS NO INSTRUCTIONS OR ADVICE THAT YOU SHOULD DO THIS ON THE BOTTLE BUT IT IS OBVIOUSLY A NECESSITY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO END UP WITH STAINED AND UNSIGHTLY HANDS. Photographs of the staining to Customer Services has resulted in advice from their technical team that I should use a baking soda and washing up liquid solution which should help to remove the stains. Marks and Spencers have said they will not refund, despite admitting the staining is severe, until I return the product for them to investigate further.

Perfect treatment for getting rid of yellow tones on blonde hair. I have used many different silver shampoos and this is by far the best. Perfect.

Have only used it twice but so far seems very good. Easy to use. Depending on how toned down you want it your hair it should last. Will know better after prolonged use.

I use violet shampoo/conditioners all the time on my silver hair. This is a neat idea, and works well, good quality product.
