Agility Peak 5 Trail Running Trainers

Stable on terrain, good shock absorption, a little narrow. Should have bought the wide version

I had these shoes for only three weeks, and I ran in them no more than 5 or 6 times. However, when I was tightening the laces before a run this morning, one of the laces ripped right through the top eyelet, which made the shoe basically unusable. Very disappointing. These were my first Merrell running shoes and will definitely be my last.

Did a 19 mile hike in these and my feet felt great the next day.

I own the non-waterproof and gore Tex version. The gore Tex version seems to be 5 stars so far but the non-waterproof appear to have quality control problems. As you can see in the photos the tops of shoes are covered in loose threads that make them look terrible and cheap. The bottom soles appear to be glued on incorrectly and are wearing terribly. Merrell needs to start doing better quality control before a great customer moves to another brand.

I took my Merrell's to St. Lucia. We went hiking/walking galore and they were comfortable and amazing! Love them!!

This is the second pair I've had and the soles have separated on both pairs less than a year of use. This current pair has only been a couple months. Comfortable shoes with great tread and grip but very disappointing with them holding up.

Shoe beats other brands I have tried for comfort and look

Light, super comfy, great traction and functionality, and cool looking to boot... it's my everyday shoes. I love'em... and I'm a hard person to please with my pumped up kicks.

Nice shoes. Unfortunately, after putting my inserts, the shoes were not wide enough for me. I normally wear width 6E in NB scale.

Very good trail running shoes. I am lucky to have it.

The good regarding this shoe is that it is very attractive, and the order and return/exchange process is simple and painless. The shoes seems to run a bit large as I ordered the size I normally wear with another brand and it was too big. I was able to get the shoe replaced with a smaller size shoe - no issues. I have worn the shoes several times and I find that the arch support on the left shoe is very uncomfortable. The right shoe is fine. I thought that I could "break in" the left shoe by wearing it even though my left foot hurt from wearing it. No luck. It remains very uncomfortable and painful to wear..

These shoes are my overall choice so far trail/ultra running. They are feel great and performed well during a trail 50k. I love the agility peak, and will be purchasing again.

Worn on many 14ers and ran miles and miles in them. Excellent support and comfort all day long.
