Very pretty tree
I was in when tree delivered and left in my porch. The box was wet and so I had to take tree out which was not wrapped inside, a minus for me, and so the sacking type material, the base, was damp and I had to dry it and the box out. The tree however is lovely, but frosting did shed quite a bit, not sure due to wet or just nature of the item as you are pulling it out of tight fit box! Obviously I haven’t used yet and returned to box when dry prior to Christmas.

Lovely tree but unfortunately the lights didn't work. I have bought a few of these over the Years and have never had a problem. I am waiting for my replacement thanks to Customer Services who were brilliant.
