Went bobbly after a few wears. Shrunk on first wash, despite following the washing instructions. Very disappointed as this wasn't cheap, nor the quality that my other WS jumpers are. Returned it and received a refund.

Hugely disappointing - lovrd the jumper but never read reviews! This should say handwash only. Wore twice and washed on a 30 degree delicate wash. Horrified as it shrank bobbled and it looked like an old blanket. Expensive but not fit fot purpose. Was lucky and got a refund. Not White Stuff usual high standard and quality. I would have expected this to have lasted for years.

Beautiful jumper but it has bobbled really quickly after a few wears and the blue stitching section threads pull really easily but I love the overall look of the jumper

Arrived smelling badly of cigarette smoke. I don't know how M&S didn't notice this. Fabric disappointing and has bobbled after a couple of wears. It's a shame as it's a nice looking jumper.

I loved the look of this jumper online, but when it arrived I was disappointed to see that it had sections which appeared to me (a fairly experienced knitter) to be inside out. The loops which shoukd be on the wrong side are on the outside. The wrong side looks lovely! This is obviously an attempt to make it different, but please, just don't! It just looks wrong. Returned as id never be happy with it, even though it was lovely otherwise.

Lovely jumper, but after one wash, delicate wool wash, it shrunk and went all out of shape. Very disappointed as I can no longer wear it and it wasn't cheap!!!

Nice patterns but I didn’t like the reverse knitting pattern across the middle of the jumper, it would’ve been better with the pattern on the front & not the reverse. Also the bottom ribbing was too loose and baggy. White stuff tend to do baggy jumpers unfortunately.

As above but sent back as colour all wrong for me. I'm a size 14 but felt the jumper was large for me I could have taken a smaller size
