You really cannot go wrong with a piece of M&S cashmere. I found the weight this season to be slightly lighter than previous seasons but I can always layer up, so that isn't a problem. I typically upsize by about 3 or 4 sizes so that I get a loose fit. I'm a size 10 in other brands so buy a 16 or 18 or a large in M&S cashmere. The navy goes well with jeans and is lovely to slip on in any season.

Good value for money Cashmere

I always wear M&S cashmere, my first was in 1997. I wear it every day as I find other yarns irritate my skin. I bought the wine and the green, I would have liked a pale or dark grey. I have noticed over the years, that the knit is becoming finer and finer. I would rather pay a little more for a bit better yarn. The style is good though, in the neck and the body. Sizing good too.

Wonderfully soft jumper. I love this shade of pink. Cashmere is such a luxurious feeling woll. I especially like that I can wash it in the machine. So many are handwash only.

Warm and light to wear. I used a hand wash on the machine and it didn’t shrink. I stopped buying cashmere because I manage to always shrink mine but when I saw this one was machine washable I took the plunge again and it’s fine. Although it says wash at 40 degrees I stuck to 30 degrees. Very happy with my jumper and have bought two more in different colours. I’m usually a size twelve but went for the size fourteen and that’s just right for me. So you may want to consider sizing up.
