Like having an electric blanket on your back, the jacket is nice and warm with the power on for those freezing moments, but it is also nice and warm without the power on for those standard chilly evenings. it has a nice fit. only thing is the hood, which is fine, it just doesn't move when you turn your head, so you have to turn like Batman
