Trailblazer 10 Backpack

The design and quality are excellent. I bought it for my 3-mile running commute and haven’t tested it yet, but I’m hopeful it will work well. It’s thicker and heavier than I expected, but overall, I’m more than 90% satisfied with it.

The older version was really nice and I decided to buy a new version for myself. I was disappointed when I realized that the new version has: - worse padding, that squishes with almost no resistance and because of that has worse air flow, - doesn't have reflective elements on arm straps, - uses noname zippers instead of YKK, - lacks elastic loops to keep excess strap in place. So now the product uses cheaper materials, lacks features available before, but costs a bit more. It doesn't seem like a good long term direction for evolution of the product. I still think this is a good backpack, if you can get it for 40-45 bucks, but try to find the older version anyway.

Absolutely love this backpack! The green color is stunning, super lightweight and comfortable. The size is great, not too big or too small. Highly recommend!

One of the best backpack I ever got. Love it!! Super comfortable and easy to wear best for day hikes. I have the 2L water tank too and it is perfect with this back pack. I really recoomended.

Went hiking through the Highlands in Scotland (day hikes, nothing overnight). This backpack was perfect! It held everything I needed and more. It was lightweight and the perfect gear for the trip.

I have had my trailblazer 10 for a couple of years and it is my favorite go to bag for cycle commuting. I love: the fit, straps are minimal but fit well and breath well, I removed the waist belt and yet that pack stays nicely put while I’m riding, the profile is low and sleek without unnecessary extra straps and dangling things. It’s simple and it’s small, it’s a “small” 10l bag, other manufacturers would probably rate this as a slightly smaller volume. This works for me as I don’t want a massive bag on me when I’m on my road bike, I can fit a change of clothes, bike kit and a few extra things but I’m constrained to the essentials. Side pockets can easily fit snacks and a bike water bottle. This pack is crazy lite weight, another massive +. I have left off a star as the colour is fading (I bought the pack in red and it’s starting to show its age) i have washed it a couple of time on gentle (against instructions, it says “don’t wash”!?) and that might be partly responsible but it looks like UV fading, I ride with it a lot in the summer. Not a deal breaker for me, it’s well used and well loved, awesome kit!
