No, I don't recommend this
My son gave the 'vanilla rum' to me as a present. As soon as I opened the bottle I was disappointed. There was a very faint aroma of vanilla, but this was overwhelmed by the pungent spirit fumes. The taste was dreadful, I can only liken it to what I imagine surgical spirit would taste like. Very disappointing, waste of money. Probably OK for cleaning engine parts.
