[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these shoes! I mostly run on mixed surfaces such as road and dirt/gravel and having the extra traction on the shoes really helps. I love that they are more cushioned than my trail running shoes and have more grip than my road running shoes. All in all very good for mid distance and mixed surfaces.

I was looking for trainers as a beginner runner, these are unreal - make a HUGE difference to shin splints, I feel 10x lighter, not too tight, I feel very supported wearing these and they make me a little faster which I love! Nothing bad to say about these!

Working well on light park run trails. Running faster with same effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shoe for long runs. I moved to ASICS novablast 4 as with my previous running shoe after 13k I was starting to feel pain at my lower back. With the ASICS this didn’t happen, I feel more support but also it gives me stability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a huge fan of the NOVABLAST 3 TR and this upgrade did not disappoint. They have all the bounce of the NOVABLAST 4s but with the added versatility of a bit more grip making the road to trail transition more seamless. They wouldn't be suitable for excessively muddy trails, but are great for mixed terrain runs, gravel, compacted trails and grass (ideal if your parkrun or race has a variety of surfaces).
