Exceptional quality and waterproof!

I had my eye on this coat for quite a while and then I saw it was reduced on Cyber Monday so had to order it. The quality is exceptional,it has features that I like (double zip/side openings). And waterproof which is rare for a puffer. I absolutely love it.

Ideal winter coat
Yes, I recommend this
Bought this so I have no excuse not to get out for a walk every day. It is warm and waterproof and has fleece lined pockets. The side zips at the hem are useful when striding out and sitting down. It does get puffed up with air so when you first sit down it but it doesn’t take long to deflate! I bought it at a Black Friday price which was quite the deal.

DO NOT waste your money

Waterproofing is yet to be put to a tougher test but has been good in light rain. Despite being lightweight, this coat is very warm and the fleece-lined pockets are lovely. To make this coat really worth the price tag I would suggest the hood be fastened around the neck to make it more flattering and to reduce the draft. Some slip in pockets for hands would be useful that the zip doesn’t need to be undone to pop your hands in. And, as another reviewer has said, branding or a badge on the arm would be a nice touch although the subtle look is useful for work. HOWEVER I feel physically sick that I have wasted so much money on this. I have genuinely worn my coat 3 times and it hasn’t gone totally and utterly flat on the bottom. Of course I wear this in the car so sit on this part but I WILL NOT be wearing one coat for driving and then changing on arrival. Customer Sevice have suggested that I privately get a repair specialist to look at this. Perhaps after one season of use I might consider this but I WILL NOT be doing so after literally one week of use. INSANE! I have attempted to puff up this section of the cost but nothing works. I feel so sick that I wasted so much money on this coat, that i have wanted for some time.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re really pleased to hear that you’ve found the coat warm, lightweight, and that the fleece-lined pockets have been a lovely touch. Your suggestions about the hood design, slip-in pockets, and branding are incredibly valuable, and we’ll make sure to pass these on to our product development team. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the coat losing its shape so quickly, especially after investing in a product you were excited about. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We appreciate that the solution provided by customer care, after only a few wears, doesn't work for you. We would also recommend popping the coat in the tumble dryer on a low heat with tennis balls, as this will help to distribute the down and restore its shape. We’d love the opportunity to make this right for you, so if you are still unhappy, please contact us directly. We’ll review the situation and find a resolution that suits you. Your feedback matters to us, and we’re committed to ensuring you feel confident in your purchase. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
Great coat but let down by sparse hood

I’m a size 12, 1.64 cms and the coat is a grew fit and looks fab! Have only rated it three stars due to the sparse hood. It barely covers my hairline and when I was caught in a rainstorm, the rain was pouring down my face forcing me to bend forwards as I walked. My last, similar style coat, had a large hood that protected me from the elements. Very disappointing. I would have not purchased had I realised that functionality was compromised.

Had to leave a review after being caught for over an hour in heaviest rainstorm I’ve known in years. Coat did it’s job and left me dry and cosy. Otherwise lovely quality, lots of little details. Was initially unsure about the length looking at the tall models on website but perfect midcalf for me at 5 ft 5- very happy

Love my new khaki green coat, very warm and comfortable. Cannot confirm how waterproof it is yet. I am a size 12, 157cm/5`2" and bought the Small size which is perfect with a couple of layers underneath. Length comes to mid calf which I love, makes it nice and cosy, with side zips if you need more space when walking. Lovely roomy hood and warm fleece lined pockets. I appreciated the little inner pocket. If anything, a smidgen more room under the arms, but not a problem as it is. Very happy and would buy again in future in a different colour. Shame the price is on the higher end, but hopefully will prove a good investment.

Received my coat today. I’m a size 12 and bought a large as the medium was out of stock. It’s not too big but there is room to layer underneath I’m 5’5” and it’s a great length I needed a long, warm and waterproof coat as I like to walk the 1.5 miles to Pilates. It is warm and long and I’m sure it will live up to the waterproof claims As well as all that, it’s actually pretty smart to look at! Very pleased with my purchase.

Love my new coat. I wear S in leggings and bought an XS which fits perfectly (probably could even get away with the XXS below if wanted more fitted). Love that it’s waterproof and it’s so warm, plus the fleece pockets are great. Slightly bulky but perfect for standing and watching the kids play football!

This coat is worth every penny. I’m 5 foot 3 and the length is fine on me (I was worried as the models are much taller) I am a size 10 and ordered the small and it’s the perfect fit. I’ve been after a waterproof this style for a while. Fleece pockets. Whats not to love. 10/10

Warm but not practical.

Good for warmth and the size fits well. Only reason I’m giving it 3 star is that the coat is so puffy that you can’t sit or bend over without it blowing up like a Michelin man. It seems to also ways be full of air which is not great when you’re trying to manoeuvre. It’s also very long which is great for keeping your body warm but not so easy trying to zip. A bit concerned that when it gets to more chilly temperatures I’m going to be spending a lot of time zipping up my coat and freezing. Overall I’d say if you want a warm coat this does the job, but it’s not practical if you want to move around.

Bring back endless blue color

Loose fit. Comfy. Incredibly Warm. Inner shoulder strap buckles are very uncomfortable if shortened to fit but can be left long and could be altered . 4 stars only because the discontinuation of the endless blue color was a mistake. These colors are so drab by comparison. Bring it back.

I found my perfect jacket

This jacket is exactly what I have been looking for. Perfect design, lovely green colour, warm and waterproof (yet to test this). I had the mid length one last year which was perfect but after an oil damage, I needed to get another jacket and this one is perfect. Im usually size 12 and ordered this one in S. For me it fits perfet, there is still room for a fleece or a thick jumper. I think M would be fine too, probably slightly roomier but not massively overaized which i found with last year’s design. Really happy and can't wait to wear it. It's very flattering and you won't look like others in theor long puffers as this one definitely stands out.
