My Mum was thrilled with this beautiful bouquet which I sent her for Mothering Sunday. The flowers were large and fresh and the chrysanthemums each had a protective net over them to ensure safe transit. The bouquet filled a large vase and looked stunning. Well worth the price. Thank you M&S.

Good to look at, easy to order, excellent delivery time, well packaged, but . . . . . The quality of the flowers inside the package on arrival made the exercise pointless. Most of the flowers arrived with minor damage (petals missing, droopy and looking generally "tatty"!) additionally, the contents seemed to have been suffering from a lack of moisture for a few days as there were not only very droopy flower-heads but crispy feeling leaves, indicating that they had been short of water for a few days or more. Disappointingly, the flowers could not be said to be in any kind of condition to be given as a gift (which was the point of my particular exercise, the recipient living more than 200 miles away from me) and had to be thrown away. My idea that to order from a store with a reputation for reliable quality would be the safest option to ensure a good result has been misplaced on this occasion.

Bought this bouquet for Mother's day I picked it because mum is partially sighted and wanted flowers she could actually see. when I phoned today she was delighted with the flowers & their bright colours. It was supposed to come with free chocolates & there was a box but it did not contain any champagne truffles - it was empty which I find quite dissappointing

This bouquet was delivered to replace flowers that were in poor condition, sadly to say when we visited the recipient 3 days after delivery the chrysanthemum were dropping and the roses unopened and dead. Very disappointed.

My son and daughter in law sent me these for my birthday. They arrived announcing 'look no water' inside the box and drooped within 24 hours. Perhaps they would be better with water! I would add that I have always been disappointed with M&S flowers which are ordered online because they are never the same quality as ones sold in store.
