I wear Brooks to work every day as a nurse. Patients love the bright colors

Would buy again. As a nurse Brooks are the only shoes I’ll wear to work.

Good Shoe But....

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

It's a good shoe BUT I can't believe what happened and it could be my old age but the top part of my foot is painful now and I didn't tie my shoes really tight either. I tied them normally like any shoe to run in. I don't know if the tongue is thicker or I was bending my foot just right running fast or what. I'm going to rest for one week before running in them again. I'll loosen the upper area of my left shoe, my right foot is ok so we will see.

Great for walking

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

If you want a shoe that feels cushioned for walking, this is your shoe. I have had shoes that I really liked in the past (older Brooks even) but these are a step above.

Lasting comfort

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

Comfortable arch supporting running/ training sneaker. My second pair. One wasn't enough. Can wear all day without toe cramping or back discomfort. Brooks is my go to brand when it comes to sports footwear.

I’ve usually gone with the Ghost or Adrenaline shoes so I thougt I’d branch out and try the glycerins. My wife loves her pair. For me they’re awful! I’ve had foot pain along the sides of my feet and in the ball of my left foot. I ordered the same size and width as I had with other shoes and when I put an old pair of Ghosts on, no pain. I love Brooks, but this will definitely be the only pair of glycerins that I own. They’re uncomfortable enough that I might just have to eat the cost and get a different pair (probably go back to the ghost).

The softest of the brooks models in my opinion. Wish they would have more colors in extra wide. I like the plush feel.

Coming from a ghost max, I have to say the difference is day and night. At first I was hesitant about buying them. Once I put them on they were perfect, right out of the box. Couldn't be happier, can't wait to add a ghost max 3 next. Hopefully soon

Great shoes… an even better company

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

Brooks IS the only company I will buy from they are simply the best and the service dents current standards in our country. They never cease to amaze me. I Wish all companies cared as much and strived to excel like Brooks does. Thank you

Love the comfy glycerin 22s!! I used to only by the Ghost shoe, but I’m in my feet all shift at work and do a lot of paved trail walking … and these felt the best. Love them!

My new go to shoe.

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

The best shoe ever! My feet feels like they are walking on a cloud. A lot of great support on the heel and arch. It also gives my feet room to breathe.

I've always enjoyed BROOKS athletic shoes, but somehow saw fewer and fewer available in the local stores. As an older gentleman, now 73, I have developed retrocalcaneal bursitis which was causing pain in my heel and loss of sleep. While researching treatment, I discovered videos by a therapeutic trainer that recommended only 2 brands of shoes with appropriate lift. Her 1st choice was BROOKS. That was my incentive to find these shoes on line. I'm thrilled to be back with BROOKS; a love affair that began more than 40 years ago.

This is my 3rd pair of Brooks in the last 6 months, so Im a fan. Only issue I have with the Glycerine 22 is the sizing. My other Brooks are the Ghost 17 & 16. The 17 ran a half size big, so I ordered the Ghost 16 a half size below my usual & they fit perfectly. I did the same when ordering the Glycerin 22 and they are much tighter. I wear a 2E wide and although the toe box was fine, they were too tight on the middle of my foot, could barely lace them up.

The shoe is fine, but the color shown are misrepresented. I got what was listed as “Red“. It’s more of a coral. Disappointed in the color. Why no red in men’s?

Good shoe

I have been using the shoes to play pickleball. They are comfortable and have good grip. I normally wear 4E width and fit comfortably into a 2E size.

Brooks shoes are the best!

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

I have osteoarthritis in both my feet. These shoes give me the support and comfort for walking all day while also looking good. I switch then out with my Ghost Max depending on how my feet are feeling that day.

Solid but less padding

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

Solid dailies for me; however uppers are less padded than previous models. Leaves less cushion on top sides of the foot and the upper where the eyelets are is dramatically thinner, leaving a gap between the tongue and eyelets. Doesn’t seem as padded as its predecessor, but again, solid trainers if the above isn’t an issue for you.

Lacking Tongue Underlap

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

Overall appreciate the fit of the shoe. The heel loops are nice for carrying shoes around post run. However, the width/curvature of the upper is a cm short; when laced up, the tongue barely fits under the two sides of the upper; there's very minimal overlap and probably needs to be a half cm more on each side.
