Great buy, really comfy and good value

I purchased these shoes. After usually spending £70+ on loafers for work else wear. Thinking I was getting a bargin! At £29.50. I I usually take a 6, I cudnt get them no were near my feet. Went up a size to 7, they were better. When I walked in them they gapped at the sides and the back of the shoe is so hard and high. I wore for a couple hours a day to break in, and then wore for 1 full day and the hurt so much! I returned to the store. I was gladly given a full refund. They would be ok if you only wore for a couple hours but I wanted them for work where I work 11 hour days! Not good.

I was very disappointed when I unpacked this product as they look as if they are plastic To be fair I should have realised they were not leather when I ordered them but M&S have sold much higher quality synthetic leather shoes then these. They are an excellent fit ( Size. 3 ) and very comfortable and for that reason I have kept them but I will be very careful in future to ensure I know exactly what I am purchasing.

Very disappointed I take a 4.5 shoes. This make did not do half sizes a size 4 too small and size 5 too big. Why are more shoes not in half sizes I noticed in store the more expensive loafers did half sizes

it does not comes in size 9 and wide fit therefore it hurts your foot.

Flatties that combine sensible with smart. Equally good with skirts and trousers, and great for a long walk round the shops. I'm glad I bought them.

These loafers are very well designed and very stylish. However, I'm a size 6 and they were far too small. So ordered a 7 - still too small. Now too fed up to order an 8 in the hope that that would fit!

Really smart shoes and very comfortable, I got them in tan and navy. They are a bit on the large side for me but I do have very narrow feet so this is often an issue. Love them look great with jeans and trousers. My new "go to" shoes.

These shoes were a good buy. I wear them everyday for work, they are very comfortable and look smart

I wrongly ordered these shoes thinking they were leather. Nice style which would have been matched had they been made of leather

Lovely colour and very stylish. Nicest I found after lots of shopping around. Not leather but knew that when I bought. Thought good value for money especially with 20% off. Hoping they will stretch a little as I'm normally 6.5 but liked the shoe so much decided to keep and take a chance. Can't understand why they are not made in half sizes.

Bought these shoes in Black back in November and was lucky to get them at Sale price. Very comfortable for work, and stylish. However, after having worn them only in an office for the past 2 months, I am now incredibly surprised and disappointed that both soles have worn through!! Don't think I've had a pair of shoes do that since I was at school. the rubber sole looks thick but must be pretty poor quality to have worn through in such a short time, with no excessive usage. Wanted to buy another pair in Navy but won't now.

The style of these were just what I wanted but hadn't realised they were not leather.What a pity! Plastic shoes are never as comfortable so sadly I took them back . There are so many M & S shoes that are leather why did they not do these in a leather version?.Russell and Bromley do a very similar style which are never reduced and they still sell like hot cakes

As a teacher I'm on my feet all day but these were fab. Outstanding value for money. Very very similar to a rather expensive high street brand but for a fraction of the price. Very pleased with the purchase.
