Formula Skin Care Gentle Cream Eye Make-Up Remover 100ml

I used love the previous version of this so called gentle eye make up remover. It was green before and fantastic and GENTLE - and good value! This new version is not the same and stings my eyes! Yes, it does work but is not as good as before and I don't understand why M&S have to change something and make it worse! I will not be buying this again and have changed to another equivalent brand that is cheap, does the job and does not sting. What a shame!

Another great product from Marks and Spencer's. I wish I had cottoned on to this product earlier.Unbelievable for the money!!

I used to love this product. I have problems with using products that are too abrasive and cannot use cream eyeshadows without a reaction (this was nice and gentle and did the job) but M&S what have you done with the packaging!! Its bland and non descript but more importantly it has not got a stopper on the top for ease of dispensing like the old bottle did resulting in a lot of wastage and having to bang the bottle upside down on the shelf to get the lotion out due to the shape and design of the bottle. I would have thought all aspects of re-design should have been properly addressed rather than develop sub standard packaging. Wont be buying again unless it is addressed.

Love this product - removes all traces of eye make up gently.

Sadly this product described as gentle - stings my eyes. The recently discontinued M&S gentle eye make up remover didn't sting. I shan't be buying this again.
