I got this in time for Christmas and it looked and feels amazing. However the inner cushion pad is awful. It has gone all twisted and lumpy inside, making it impossible to look nice. I’m constantly removing the pad, pummelling it back into shape and stuffing it back in. I can’t wait till current restrictions are over, stores are open and I can purchase a decent cushion pad. I’m not returning as I really like the cover.

The design on this cushion showed promise when I saw it on line. However when it came it was let down by the cheap velvety material which shaded when touched. Reluctantly I had to return it.
