Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

These were bought as a Christmas present. The bouquet lacked any wow factor. Small Lillie's that failed to impress even once opened and soon the petals curled up. Hardly smelt at all not like normally. Didn't last. It's as if the usual supplies had run out and the arranger ran to the local garage to get a further supply. Really not good value.

Quality has been compromised. I’ve always ordered Christmas flowers from M&S since Covid 2020. Always pleased and they last till NY day however not this year . They arrived Christmas Eve buds closed which I expected . The size of the bouquet was smaller than last year . Many lily buds have never opened and the ones that have , have no fragrance . Would not recommend.
