Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Easy ordering, delivery on day requested. Can only say my cousin, who the bouquet was for, sent photos. The first, with note to say it had arrived and the flowers still in bud were very fresh looking. 2nd lot of photos the flowers had opened and were beautiful. Thank you M&S

Having given one of these to our relatives and having seen the Christmas Red Lilly Bouquet that we gave another relative, where the quality was awful, I now find myself wondering if this white Lilly bouquet didn’t perform either. I am worried that everyone’s bouquets weren’t of a high quality and last for a week rather than days or not open at all. Used to love these Lilly bouquets but the standard has dropped I feel?

Extremely disappointing. I got this for my mum as part of her Christmas and a thank you for looking after my dog whilst I went into hospital for an operation. I’m now with my mum post op and half the Lillie’s didn’t even open, just dropped off dead in bud within one week. Thank goodness I didn’t pay full price as had a 20% off voucher.
