Fairtrade® Oriental Lily and Rose Bouquet

These flowers looked lovely and worth the price. The flowers were gorgeous and the bunch was huge. My mother was very pleased with the flowers. I always order from m&s as the flowers are good value and worth the money! Iwould highly recommend this bouquet to anyone.

I received these as a birthday present and initially thought they were so beautiful, with enough for two vases. Within 48 hours many of the roses started wilting and the flowers smell "old." Immediately on receipt they were put into water and kept in a cool place. Just disappointed & not convinced that they're going to last 7 days!

My Birthday today, this bouquet was a present from my grandsons I was very disappointed with these flowers. The roses were in full bloom and wilting.

brought these for my mum for her birthday. Needless to say she loved them. plus my little boy loved playing with the box lol!

Bought as a wedding anniversary present, flowers were delivered early am and packaging was very impressive, protecting the flowers and making them look classy and very expensive. Lily's were in bud and just opening now, roses are just opened and the colour mix is really beautiful. Overall, the mix provided enough for the recipients to split the bouquet into two vases. It really was something special, thank you.

superb choice, great speedy delivery, on time, on budget. interflora wouldn't deliver to the address but M&S had no such qualms. thanks again guys.

My Mum just had a hip op and is stuck in bed, but I live in India so it was hard to drop by. I started looking for flowres at Amazon but they were all terrible. I then checked a back copy of Which! on line from a few years ago. I then read blogs on each flower service. M&S scored top marks. Only one other flower shop came close but they fell down on longevity.

We sent this bouquet to a friend when she came home from a recent op. She rang to say how lovely it was and described all the flowers with great delight. We certainly won't use Interflora or others again now we've found M&S flowers! Thank you :)

I purchased a bouquet of flowers for my wives' birthday and got it delivered to her work. The flowers were beautiful, but within 2 days withered away. The roses wilted, the lilies just drooped ....it just looks a mess. I have always ordered my flowers form M&S, this has been the second consecutive purchase that I've had to complain to Customer services about. I shall not be ordering flowers from M&S again. The flowers I purchased from Tesco on the same day are still fresh and full of life.

My sisters birthday. I sent flowers from M&S, booked on line, Three other flower arrangements arrived from Interflora, BUT, My bouquet from M&S stood out a mile from the others, they were beautifully arranged, the colour mix was perfect, and the most important thing of all, they looked as if they had been newly and freshly picked! Abundance of flowers and all for 35 pounds! I ordered them from Australia for my friend in Wales who was delighted. She sent me a photo; the bouquet was huge, the blooms were beautiful, exactly what I ordered. Delivered on the designated delivery date. I used to use interflora and pay over 50 pounds for less flowers, never again! Loving M$S flowers online

When the flowers arrived (bought as a gift for someone leaving work) the bottom of the box was crushed and I was worried that the flowers would be damaged. They weren't but the package did look shoddy. I managed to take them undamaged out of the box and they were given to the recipient without her seeing the packaging but otherwise it would have taken the edge off the gift. The roses themselves were dried up at the tips and overall the whole thing was a little disappointing... I usually get my flowers online from John Lewis/Waitrose but thought I would try M & S as the reviews were good - probably won't do that again as I usually send them to my Mum and she certainly deserves better than these.

Ordered this bouquet and it arrived on time and as expected. Quality of the flowers was very good and had a good mix of in bloom and in bud so there's enough to see on receipt and still some to show over the next 5 - 10 days. Only shame was the initial impression. The flowers came in a brown box that was a bit tatty and the 'card' with the all important message is part of the delivery sheet so the receipient has to find and tear out themselves whereas you would expect it to be in an envelope with the flowers. Although torn along a perforated edge, part of the message had printed outside so it was kind of spoiled in that respect. Bit of a cost cutting excersise I think that you don't get with interflora. Come on M&S you can do better than that.

I wanted to send a dear friend some flowers to cheer her up. I have to say that I scoured all available flowers on line - including Next, John Lewis, etc., and couldn't find what I wanted - flowers that would instantly brighten up the room...... This bouquet from M&S was just what I was looking for and she loved the beautiful bright flowers - they really did help to make a difference to her day.
