This was a real surprise - in fact I've never tasted a champagne quite like it. Premier Cru Blanc de Blanc with a noticeably rich caramel taste (and I am not one for pretentious descriptions but this was blindingly obvious, even to me). Really very very nice. If you like trying something a little different give this a go. Highly recommended.
