Had these delivered on the Saturday for.my Mum for Mothers Day as we were unable to go and visit her. They looked slightly different to the photo but still pretty. By the Tuesday all but the chrysanthemums were dead - very disappointing for looking nice for 4 days life only.

I ordered these for my Mum for Mother’s Day. I haven’t seen them, apart from a photo of them sent by my Dad. They looked beautiful and my Mum said how gorgeous they were, continuing to improve over the next few days. They were delivered on the Sunday as requested. I was very impressed with the service, especially under these difficult circumstances. I have ordered flowers from M&S before and have never been let down. Would recommend and will use this service in the future.

I was due to be away on mother's day so I pre ordered flowers and a good expensive bouquet, however my trip was cancelled and I saw the flowers first hand, they were not as I expected and a number of them had already started to die on the petals, yesterday they went in the bin after only 5 days, not very impressive

Ordered on-line a week in advance took advantage of the free delivery offer. The delivery arrived early on the Sunday, left in the specified place and no one disturbed. The bouquet was both plentiful and lovely on delivery, the flowers in bud and fully blossomed by Wednesday. The range of flowers included also very pleasing. Excellent product and service.

My first issue was that i couldn't split the delivery addresses; i wanted to send these to my mum on mothering sunday while my items came here the week before. So i opted to receive them here on Sunday and drive them over myself or keep till she visited next day. The photos that look nice on the website don't show the actual result. I was disappointed to get a much smaller bunch of flowers than i had hoped for , that looked like a £15/£20 bouquet from the m&s supermarket, which had gone a bit brown and dried up at the edges and were delivered in a closed cardboard box. Next time i will order from a local florist so at least my mum gets to see a lovely big flower arrangement being handed to her at the door.

I ordered this beautiful bouquet for my Mum for Mother's Day. It is a lovely bouquet with beautiful flowers but by Tuesday most of the flowers were dead. Such a waste of money and so disappointing as these should have lasted much much longer. I will certainly hesitate to buy flowers from M&S again!

Almost dead by mothers day

We had the flowers delivered on the Friday as we knew we wouldn't be able to see our 84 year old mum for mothers day. By mothers day quiet a lot was almost dead and by the Tuesday only the chrysanthemum survived because I purchased in shop I paid the full price not the offer price so £45 and not to last at all I am disgusted and disappointed with Mark's and Spencer

I bought this bouquet to send to my mum for Mother’s Day. She loved them. The bouquet was large, well packed & well delivered. The larger flowers were wrapped to ensure that the heads did not fall off. The flowers were all in tact when delivered & very fresh. I’d 100% recommend these flowers & M&S flower deliveries too.
