This is the most gorgeous coat. The quality is amazing and colour was lovely but unfortunately it was far too big. I bought my normal size 16 and felt that it drowned me. Perhaps it was the cocoon design and meant to be oversized but with great sadness, I returned it.

Beautiful coat however it arrived with a nasty flaw in the fabric on the sleeve which was quite noticeable. Sadly, the item was out of stock so I could not arrange an exchange. Customer service offered a small discount but it wasn’t enough to entice me to keep such an expensive item.

This is a beautiful coat. I got the 14 at first then swapped it for the 12. There's a big difference between the sizes - the 14 was enormous on me - sleeves far too long. I'm 5 ft 6 and usually a 14-16 in most things. The 12 is a good fit without swamping me - I can still wear a jumper underneath.

Beautiful coat in a lovely warm colour. I’ve been looking for a pure 100% wool coat and I’m so happy I’ve finally found a good quality coat. A good quality coat that’s absolutely worth the price. Jaeger has a beautiful range of pure wool coats and I’m tempted to buy another one.

Wonderful Jaeger coat, I am 5 feet 7 and usual size is 10/12. I purchased the coat in a size 8 , fits perfectly and I feel it is quite generous in sizes. Teal is the colour I chose, which I feel is striking and unusual. Love the fact 100% wool, fantastic quality. Another success from M & S

I saw this coat in Meadowhall Marks & Spencer‘s last year, and I loved it but it’s sold out, I couldn’t get my size this year (8) but I bought the 10 and it’s fine. It’s so warm and cozy and easy wear, not for a special occasion, just a winter coat. But the downside is, I noticed it is now in the sale, having purchased it only two weeks ago! it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Very nice quality coat. Quite heavy & a rather roomy fit. Lovely shade of green, not easily found. Classic style, will need a little accessorising for that extra something. Good to have the inner pocket. I find that really important safety feature & should be in all coats & jackets. Impressed with the pocket linings, which will last unlike many. Very pleased to have purchased with generous discount.

good quality and design
The colour is accurate and soft shade not a harsh brown. Chose to go down a size from 10 to 8 so a very comfortable loose fit without being baggy. The waist is not fitted which I wanted. The back length is 46 inches. There is a front inside button to ensure the front does not 'sag' when closed. Sleeves are a good length. Very good quality outer and lining materials and well made. The stitching on the lapels are even and add quality to the coat. Visited store to see the coat but evidently only available online. Only downside the coat came with a label showing £299 yet I paid more online!
