Heat a splash of oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the beef mince (500 g), season with salt and pepper and brown off for 5-8 minutes, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon, until golden brown.

At the same time, bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Season generously with salt. Cook the pasta (300 g) for 9-11 minutes, according to the pack instructions, then drain.

Add the chopped onion (1), tomato purée (1 1/2 tbsp) and smoked paprika (1 tsp) to the beef mince and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then remove from the heat.

Meanwhile, make the yogurt sauce. To a bowl add the yogurt (250 g), minced garlic (2 cloves), lemon juice (1/2), dried mint (1/2 tsp) and season with salt. Mix together.

In a microwavable bowl, melt the butter (75 g) for 30 seconds over a medium heat until melted.

To assemble, place the pasta in a bowl and top with a generous dollop of the yogurt sauce, followed by the mince, then the melted butter.

Garnish with a handful of cherry tomatoes (350 g) and a sprinkle of dried mint (2 tsp).
