Add the cabbage (1/4), carrots (2), edamame (80 g), nuoc cham dipping sauce (2 tbsp) and the juice from ½ a lime (1/2) to a mixing bowl. Mix well.

Halve and lightly toast the bagels (2).

Add the katsu paste (1 tbsp), mayonnaise (2 tbsp) and the remaining lime juice (1/2) to a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the chicken (1 pack) and mix.

Load up the bagels with the katsu chicken, a crisps (100 g), and slaw. Serve alongside the roast chicken crisps.
