Method

step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Cut the sweet potato (1) into wedges and arrange on a large baking dish, making sure to leave space in between. Drizzle over the olive oil (1 tbsp) and sprinkle over the Cajun seasoning (1 tbsp), tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper and cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
step 2
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place the burgers (1 pack) in the pan and cook for 20 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked to your liking.
step 3
To make the slaw, add the shredded cabbage (1/4), red onion (1), gherkins (2 tbsp), dill (3 sprigs) and lemon juice (1/2) to a bowl and mix together with the mayonnaise (2 tbsp). Season with salt and pepper.
step 4
Once the burgers have been cooking for 20 minutes, transfer to a small baking dish and cook for a further 7-10 minutes in the oven with the sweet potato wedges.
step 5
In the final 4-5 minutes, add a slice of Jarlsberg (2) to each burger. Add the rolls (2) to the oven to lightly toast.
step 6
Remove the burgers, rolls and wedges from the oven and leave to rest for 1 minute.
step 7
To assemble your burgers, add the burgers to the buns and top with a spoonful of slaw. Serve with the sweet potato wedges, ketchup (to taste) for dipping, and a little extra slaw, if you like.
