Place the frozen peas (300 g) in a large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water and set aside for 2 minutes to soften. Drain well.

Add the peas to a blender with the yogurt (80 g), basil (25 g) and 1 tbsp olive oil. Pulse until combined but not completely smooth. Stir in the grated cheddar (80 g) and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cook the penne (320 g) in a large pan of boiling water for 9–11 minutes, until al dente. Drain and return to the pan.

Stir through the tuna (2 tins), then add the pea-sto sauce and mix well to coat.

Serve topped with halved cherry tomatoes (175 g).
